reheat your lobster if you do not plan on eating it chilled.
How to Reheat a Chilled Lobster

Wrap the lobster in foil. Add a few pats of butter to the foil packet, before putting it in the
oven. This will keep the meat from drying out. Lobster gets rubbery fast, so be careful
when reheating. Preheat the oven to 350° fahrenheit, and warm for 5-10 minutes or until
the internal temperature reaches 180°.

Touch up the meat with melted butter and some lemon juice, then place the lobster in foil
on the grill with the shell facing the flames. Reheat until the internal temperature reaches

Add a few inches of water in a large pot . Place a vegetable steamer basket in the
bottom. Put the lobsters on top, cover with a lid and turn the heat to high. When the water
boils, turn the heat off and let steam for about 4-5 mins or until they feel warm.
